Another state set to instigate a carbon cap & trade scheme

On 8 February 2012, legislation that will introduce a carbon cap & trade scheme, was passed by a committee vote in the South Korean parliament. Analysts suggest that this is now highly likely to become law in the coming weeks following approval by the committee.
